Excellent experience purchasing my bike at Riders Harley Davidson! Brad in sales was awesome to work with. I was extremely selective when it came to the motorcycle I wanted. Brad and the sales management staff, Matteo and Ed, hooked me up with the exact bike I was looking for and worked with my schedule to make the sale go smoothly. As luck would have it, the weather took a turn for the worse when I came to pick up my detailed and spotless bike. Angel in service arranged for it to be delivered in an enclosed trailer that same day. It cant say enough about the customer service at Riders Harley Davidson. So Ive used Riders for a couple years now. They are not the closest dealership to me, but they are worth the drive. Ive had a couple instances where the dealership has stood up for me. First, my motor blew up in my 15 Road King, and because it was purchased from their sister store Heart of Dixie, the warranty forever replaced my motor completely free. Next I purchased a bike with rider to rider financing, and Leah worked hard to make the deal happen. Everyone at the dealership is awesome, from Shelby in motorclothes, Leah in sales/finance, Bobby and Angel in Service, Mike in parts, and Keith, the boss who runs the place. I fully suggest checking out this dealership, of top notch people!

I was looking for bike and visited or spoke with almost every dealership in Alabama, Georgia, and Tennessee. Riders did not have bike I wanted but had shown me during my visit this was going to be my dealership. I spoke with Keith Edwards about bike I wanted, he simply said let me see if I can find it for you. Long story short Keith found bike and was at dealership in 2 days. During this process Keith always kept me informed and always willing to help answer questions. I would also like to thank Bryan Wyatt, for all the help and support. All departments have shown customer service is top priority. This is how dealership should be managed and run. Thank you to Wes in parts, for all the help getting items I needed. Service team did a great job getting new bike ready and installing some accessories for me.
