Do you think you have the secret recipe for the best chili in Birmingham? Set up begins at 11am, judging at 11:30, and the feast follows. $5 ALL YOU CAN EAT with proceeds going to the Big Oak Ranch. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners! Come hungry :)
